Dec. 27

This link is to a summary of a BMJ paper (Jan. 20, 2006). It has
the authors of the study, and a brief description of it. One must be
a BMJ subscriber to read the paper. Near the end of the link are the
full texts of "rapid response" replies to the paper. One of them is
from the L. Lloyd Morgan named in my initial posting here (on Dec. 22).

Another link from CNET news. It has a link to Morgan's paper (in PDF).
http://news.cnet.com/8301-27083_3-10318075-247.html. This L. Lloyd
Morgan is a retired electronics engineer.

	Here's the PDF link: http://www.radiationresearch.org/pdfs/reasons_us.pdf
It's 38 pages long. According to p. 37, Morgan is the "main editor"
of the report. However, on page iii, in a list of editors, he is
characterized as the "primary author."
