I am pleased to forward the first announcement of LSC 2010. We decided in
Davos last year, that the next conference should be held in Paris, organised
by Philippe. Please mark the date of the conference (6-10 September 2010)
already now in your calender of 2010, I will forward any news as soon as I
receive them.

LSC 2010 first announcement 

 

Liquid Scintillation Spectrometry meeting 

 

6-10 September 2010, Paris, France

 

We are happy to announce the next Liquid Scintillation Meeting in Paris, in
September 2010. This international conference will follow the tradition of
the earlier LSC Conferences held since 1957 and most recently, in Karlsruhe,
Germany (2001), Katowice, Poland (2005) and Davos, Switzerland (2008). It
will provide a forum for worldwide users and experts in Liquid Scintillation
Spectrometry for discussing the latest developments and applications as well
as for passing on experience to young scientists.

A wide area of topics will be addressed ranging from theoretical aspects and
development of LSC metrology, to applications in various fields like health
studies, environment survey, nuclear energy, biology, geology and many other
fields of science and technology.

 

A 2nd circular with detailed information on abstract submission and
conference registration will follow in September 2009. 

 

All information and updates will be posted on the website

Please do not hesitate to disseminate this information to anybody who might
be interested.

 

We are looking forward to seeing you all in Paris at the LSC 2010.
