Certainly from looking at the news from various sources, we seem to be  
doing quite well in that regard.  Have you considered looking at how the  
safety standards evolved and, given the compilation of more knowledge and  
experience, whether they should be changed - up or down?  Experience in  other 
areas makes me think that we may be more stringent than necessary, which  
drives up costs unnecessarily.
