I am sorry that I am just not convinced. I wonder how sophisticated a terrorist 
nation needs to be to accomplish its dirty work. The non-fusion explosives used 
on Hiroshima and Nagasaki did significant damage and were delivered by airplanes 
(no missiles, ballstic or guided)
Assuming that Iran really wants to use a nuclear explosive, it might be more 
cost-effective for them to deliver it on the back of a truck, or on a boat.
