[ RadSafe ] Frogs dying from mobile phone masts / Editorial Board question

I just tried to read a recent article, "Mobile phone mast effects on common frog Tadpoles: The city turned into a laboratory",
Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine, Vol. 29 (June), 2010:31-35.
 
To me the article is confusing: The exposure (approx. 948 MHz-2155 MHz range) relates to mobile phone antennae 140 meters away.
90 % av the exposed tadpoles died. The premises and performance of the experiment are not easy to understand - in particular as the Discussion relates information about magnetic fields (up to 16.7 T), the units V/m, 50 Hz amd mA/m. I really don't get what the message is supposed to be. One of our "green" magazines (Aug. 27, 2010) reports however that "90 % of frogs died from mobile phone radiation":

Question: Does any Radsafer know what the Editorial Board of this journal (Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine) looks like?
 
The same author was also involved in two other papers in the same journal, implying that storks and domestic house sparrows probably die from mobile phone tower radiation. The house sparrow paper was coauthored with the following person (also involved in the claim that melanomas increase because of TV and radio transmissions - my interpretation of that paper):
