I have now found more info.
The journal Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine has a very low impact factor (0.7)
compared to Bioelectromagnetics with 2.8. Radiation Research has close to 3.0. All these
journals are punished in impact factor because they represent a narrow niche. Broader
journals may have much higher impact factor (Nature = 34.5, Science = 29.7).

Back to Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine: The key person seems to be a name
from Seattle - I am not so surprised any longer.

If any other Radsafer actually read the paper - please indicate wether you
"understood" it or not.

My personal initiative only,

Bjorn Cedervall
