According to the National Cancer Institute, thyroid cancer rates in Pennsylvania are falling & are similar to rates in the U.S. The only state that's above the U.S. rate is California. Mangano also lists reactors that are shut down in his list of reactors in Pennsylvania, i.e., Peach Bottom & TMI1.
