Anyone does breath bioassay on a regular basis?

 

Just wanted to compare methodology to see where we have room for
improvements.

 

We currently use balloons to bubble a solution that contains toluene,
sodium hyrdroxide, trimethylbenzene, and methyl glycol.

 

My main focus would be on solutions that are less toxic.
