[ RadSafe ] Beckman LSC

Good Morning,

I am usually a lurker on this list, but am having a consistent problem with a
Beckman LSC for which I would greatly appreciate any assistance.  We are
finding that our protocols (typically contamination control protocols, dual
dpm, 1 minute counts, etc.) are reporting a quench standard error message and
that many of our results have a negative value assigned to them.  We have
been continuously working with Beckman to solve this issue, but to no avail.
I am curious to know if anyone else has encountered this problem before and
have advice on how to fix it.
