[ RadSafe ] Position Opening

interested in the HP position described below.

Covidien (formerly Mallinckrodt) has a position opening for a Health
Physicist at its Maryland Heights, MO nuclear medicine production
facility.  The successful candidate will have responsibility for
implementation of the radiation protection program associated with
manufacturing, quality control, packaging/shipping and other support
functions related to the production and processing of
radiopharmaceuticals.

Minimum Requirements for Applicants are as follows:
Education required/ preferred: B.S. in Health Physics or related field
required.
Experience: 3-5 years experience in applied Health Physics.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: NRRPT or CHP certification.
Skills/Competencies: Must have working knowledge of applied Health
Physics practices and regulatory guidelines.
Strong communications, organizational, project management,
interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Must possess thorough knowledge of NRC and DOT regulations.
Working knowledge of current computer applications.
