The IOL article is the best. (It's the "Independent" on
line.) The NY Daily News article is the IOL article verbatim with a
catchy first sentence or two added. "The World" is an interview with
a reporter, and doesn't reveal anything of substance.

According to the Independent, this was a sting operation
that was the culmination of an international investigation that
included Interpol agents. Since it was a sting operation, and since
only a small amount of Cs-137 was recovered, at this juncture I would
have to say that I'm a little skeptical of the entire episode. Could
it be the hubris of some over-wrought and self-important police
agencies? Time will tell.
