[ RadSafe ] Illinois Hospital Loses Radioactive Material

         Yeah.  What was the "lead-lined safe" doing still in a 
building where a demolition job was going on?  Shouldn't it have been 
removed when the occupants and their furniture, computers, etc. were 
moved out so the job could begin?  Of course the answer is "yes," so 
why wasn't it?
