In the link sent by Bjorn there is an item relevant to Connecticut in the chart of Busby's court appearances:
Millstone Reactor Public Enquiry /
Connecticut State Court /
2001 Opposition to relicensing
of Millstone Reactor /
(Radiation health effects
and sea dispersion) /
Failed

The opposition failed; under "Details (Expertise)" is listed "Radiation health effects and sea dispersion."

Connecticut has a new tax proposed on energy production, and a public meeting last night drew some of the usual suspects. Our state needs a well-spoken expert witness to be a champion for nuclear power.
