[ RadSafe ] Manual for Eberline PRM-5?

Recently Thermo Fisher, nee Eberline, was only able to find a Circuit Schematic for their Pulse Rate Meter 5.  Does anyone have a complete Manual for either the PRM-5 or the PRM-5-3?

I would be happy to cover any expense in making a copy or electronic scan!
