NCRP Report 145 on this subject provides the following data for ANSI speed-group E film. The newer group-F speed films approximately halves these exposures.

Bitewing (2 to 4 films) 3 - 14 uSv (depending on kVp and cone length)
Full mouth (14-21 films) 15 - 100 uSv (same dependency)
Panoramic: 6 - 110 uSv

      Data for the new cone-beam CT units  from Ludlow and Ivanovic  in:   
      Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology and Endodontology 2008 Jul;106(1):106-14 show exposures from 70-900 uSv for those units.
