Did'ja notice how carefully I avoided dispute.

Yucca Mountain has been bought and paid for, good-bad-or-indifferent,
lock, stock and barrel.  To not take any benefit from the expense is
stupid indeed.  Dingy-Harry Reid is still turning the screws on the
federal taxpayer.
