The Nuclear Watch segment shows students returning to school in the formerly
evacuated city of Minamisoma wearing orange decontamination style jumpsuits
and surgical masks.  Sadly, these children, parents and teachers have been
misinformed since they wear these suits into the classroom where they take
off the masks.   If they were in fact being exposed to harmful radioactive
dust, they are contaminating the classroom and each other.
