[ RadSafe ] changes in radioactivity around F-D

I read some of the new requirements re returning home to the areas around Fukushima-Daiichi (they seem to encourage car use over a small exposure to radioactivity, I'm not sure that's smart). Eg, http://www.world-nuclear-news.org/RS_Early_returns_to_Fukushima_0204121.html

One category was above 50 mSv, not expected to go below 20 mSv for at least 5 years.

As I understand it, only a tiny area around Chernobyl, perhaps within a km? of the reactor, fit into this category. The reduction was an order of magnitude in 4 - 6 years.

Has anyone taken a look at data from last year and data from this year, and analyzed how fast radioactivity is decreasing?
