     If you go to google news today, you might see a  news item about a 
possible  USA NASA
launch of a SpaceX space capsule with supplies for the International Space  
Station (ISS).
Pretty much a private industry or NASA assisted launch????
 
     Yes,  off topic.
 
 
     Determining a source term for the broken Fukushima  nuclear plants 
might be quite a challenge,
whether finding direct or skyshine dose rates.  Good luck to anyone  trying 
to do such work.
