Jerry,
Not having heard anything about the deadly risks of food irrdiation for years I thought that this topic was "dead". Obviously some groups want to revive it. It is state of the art that no negative impact has ever been able to be detected. The extension of shelf live is another question, which has nothing to do with health and risk.
