I don't believe DeFazio donated $17M to OSU, he reached into the trough and grabbed taxpayer dollars and funneled them to OSU.  Correct?  That means he can decide who gets a PhD and who doesn't.
 


He has not been credited with it for his PhD because his father, Art. 
(previously partner of Linus Pauling) is running for Congress against DeFazio, 
the donor of $17M to OSU.
