Hi Dewey,

I know all about INPO and in the US they do a great job. Their independence is often questioned. There may be something to be said for external oversight. 

WANO, IMO, is not effective and therein lies the problem. 

Incidents outside the US affect the industry everywhere. Fukushima, the Korean Station Blackout (Kori 1). 

I am not sure what the solution is, but one better be found.
