[ RadSafe ] Radsafe Digest Response Proliferation

RADSAFE is getting ever more difficult and time-consuming to wade through as digest recipients become ever more sloppy about deleting irrelevant portions of the digest containing the post to which they are responding. RadSafe Digest, Vol 957, Issue 1 is a rat's nest of repetitions of earlier digests. I know that bandwidth is cheap and storage is cheap, but eyeball time is not cheap. I hate to skip these posts, because most are good. But they're not THAT good.
