Unfortunately, I could not use any part from your excellent note as it came to me too late. I sent my article to the news paper, within 2-3 days of the appearance of the Bulletin.There was unusual delay in publishing this time.

are available free throughout May. I checked. I had some very interesting
correspondence bordering on a "battle" with the Guest Editor Dr Jan
Beyea. He also assured me that the papers are free during May. You may please

Abstract obviously does not give the full picture. I have alerted the
editor of an important peer reviewed journal as well. I hope he will
review the Special Issue shortly.
