[ RadSafe ] OT---F35 Jet

Dear Radsafe:

     Hey All.  This is seriously off-topic.

     google   f35 and jet

     Saw a movie on TV last night, where an F35 aircraft/jet was doing some rather serious hovering.

     The vertical lift version is apparently an F35B.  This appears to be a rather new aircraft (USA).

     In the movie, the Aircraft had a vertical jet in the center of the airplane, which forces air vertically downward.

     Bet classified versions of this jet can vertically lift-off and fly to the edges of the Earth's atmosphere.


     A web-search on:   reactor and space and nasa   may produce several items of interest.
