Protection in Medicine Committee of ICRP (Committee 3) had it annual meeting in 
Vienna on 5-7 September 2012. Short minutes of the meeting are available on ICRP 
website. Committee 3 develops recommendations and guidance on the protection of 
patients, staff, and the public against radiation exposure in medicine. Besides 
members, the Committee also has observers from World Health Organization (WHO), 
International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), International Agency for 
Research on Cancer (IARC), European Commission (EC), International Radiation 
Protection Association (RPA) and United Nations Scientific Committee on Effects 
of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR).
