[ RadSafe ] Natural Gas: Wonder when New York State will start to allow fracking to occur?

The governor has ordered a health study to be performed prior to issuing 
permits for fracking in NYS.  It's not clear what such a "health study" 
would comprise, but it could be years before any permits are issued. Quite 
possibly after Andrew Cuomo moves to the whitehouse.
