If any of you are in NY City area, ICBUW has their annual lie about
depleted uranium UN recruitment event and I would love to have people in
the audience who know something about the subject and might pose a good
question or two - I can not find a link so here is their e-mail announcement



The International Coalition to Ban Uranium Weapons (ICBUW) will

present reports on military guidelines on DU weapons reductions,

carcinogenic and genotoxin effects, and how the UK has deflected

public opinion and parliamentary opposition to the use of DU

featuring Doug Weir of ICBUW, Wim Zwijnenburg of IKV Pax Christi, Dr.

Katsumi Furitsu and Gretel Munroe of ICBUW.



This event is co-sponsored by the Women's International League for
