[ RadSafe ] Modular Reactors, Fast neutrons, Spent Fuel

Dear Radsafe,
 
     Hope you all are doing well today.
 
     Perhaps some dedicated individual, nuclear  engineer, academic 
institution, group of nuclear power
utilities and so on should contact the company/companies making those small 
 modular reactors and see
if they could design a small, modular, fast fission reactor which could  
eventually be used to
operate on spent (reprocessed???) nuclear fuel.  Wonder how expensive  such 
a reactor would be???
 
     Any word from the Chinese on how their fast  fission reactor is 
doing????
 
     According to the USA News program tonight (with  Brian Williams) 
fracking has arrived in eastern
Ohio (USA).  Some people are selling their natural gas rights for $$$$  
(millions of $$$'s???).
One couple involved in such a sale looked very pleased.  Are the Meek  
truly inheriting the Earth????
Perhaps just landowners in Marcellus/Utica Shale rock unit areas???
