[ RadSafe ] Anyone have a copy of the "Chains" program?

Does anyone have a good link to (or copy of) the 'CHAINS' program created by Eckerman in 1996?  I need the underlying code to process a series of Bateman equations in visual basic.  I understand at one point it was downloadable from ORNL; however, I have yet to find it.  Thanks in advance.
