About two decades ago, Jim Hardeman and I had a case where a medical
isotope courier truck was stolen with probably two dozen different medical
dose packages in it.

Not nearly the activity or half-life of this incident.

Jim and I tried to figure out how to get enough fear into the minds of the
perpetrators to get them to turn themselves in, without causing undue
panic. We decided it couldn't be done.
