Kudos to you for coming to the experts for information, instead of jumping
to conclusions.  Your Mazur PRM-9000 will provide some interesting things
for you to investigate, and you will begin to understand that we are living
in a sea of radiation, low levels of which have no discernible negative
effect on one's health.

It is much more important to your longevity to wear your seatbelt, look
both ways before crossing the road, quit smoking, eat your fruits and
veggies, cut back on preserved meats, avoid using ladders, keep your blood
pressure and cholesterol values low, and move someplace with better air
quality.
