Position Summary: Under the direction of the Radiation Safety Program Manager / Radiation Safety Officer, the Assistant RSO is a leading member of the Harvard University Radiation Safety team. The Assistant RSO manages the operational aspects of the radioactive materials program, and provides technical and engineering expertise to promote compliance with applicable regulations, permits and University Policy. The Assistant RSO manages the technical radiation safety staff, and provides 24-hour emergency support as needed.
