[ RadSafe ] Anyone want to take over the list

Hi All, 

We lost everyone from the NRC off the list today. 

We are not allowed by the University legal department to take responsibility for all list posts by allowing anonymous posting. This is the only current solution to blocking of listerservers by some of the major internet service providers. 

If someone else would like to take over the list and run it using that method, I would be happy to pass the running of the list along. 

Otherwise, given the steady decline of membership, it may be time to just end the list. 

Sorry but I don't see another practical solution.
