[ RadSafe ] I cannot send messages to RadSafe on Windows 7

I CANNOT SEND MESSAGES  TO RADSAFE ON Windows 7.

This is a big problem. I can read it but I cannot respond!

I do not have this problem with other list servers!

I had to find my old XP program to send this message.

This is a technical problem with the current RadSafe host computer.
