Where was this donation reported? Through what local organization is Busby
perpetrating his scam? It would be of service to this group and others to bring 
Busby's organization to the attention of prosecutors. Normally Japanese 
prosecutors monitor charity-fraud quite strictly, especially those from outside 
Japan.
