"It might sound far-fetched, but experts told investigators that the design=
 would work, producing a "a lethal, and functioning, remotely controlled ra=
diation-emitting device," the complaint says."

"Experts" on what?  The only way they could have killed someone with this d=
evice would have been to tie the victim to a chair and position it against =
his head - for a really long time.  As it is, all they managed to construct=
 was a long-range garage door opener.  By charging these dopes with terrori=
sm, the prosecutors are obviously hoping for a plea deal so they don't have=
 to prove their case to a jury. One of the two copped a plea already.
