[ RadSafe ] A-Bomb Survivor Dosimetry question

The A-bomb studies sometimes report biological effects
in Gy and sometimes in Sv. Since there were some
neutrons involved, I can't remember how these compare
for internal organs or how the RERF handled it.

Can someone refresh my memory?
