Yes, you read that correctly, <20 mrem.  I asked about any demonstration of LNT at this level because I have yet to calculate a whole body dose that high from our plant's effluents.  Typical calculated annual WB doses are less than 1 mrem and most of that is from H-3 using Reg Guide 1.109 dose conversion factors.
