I learned of this sad news yesterday, from a colleague and business
associate.



It is with heavy hearts that Ludlum Measurements, Inc. shares the news of
the loss of our company founder, leader, and dear friend, Mr. Don Ludlum.
Don Ludlum passed in the early morning hours of February 20, 2015.
