[ RadSafe ] Claim that USA government anticipates rise in thyroid cancer, due to Fukushima radiation

I believe in reality, that the Secretary was concerned that any cases
of thyroid cancer would be attributed to Fukushima even though they
were not caused by Fukushima.  Members of the list might be aware of
this slant, which is probably being widely circulated in anti-nuclear
campaigner circles and thus in letters to the editor, etc. to attempt
to get the news media to join in making the claims.
