[ RadSafe ] Coco a Doodle Doo

This is JUST a start.  I understand that EPA and ICRP must eventually get in on this action, since they all cite or rely on one another in order to maintain consistency.  Does anyone have any ideas on accomplishing this coordination effectively to ensure progress?
