[ RadSafe ] HP help needed in VA benefits case

An attorney representing a widow of a veteran who served in Nevada during the time of atomic bomb tests in the
1950's is looking for help from an HP.  His client is seeking VA benefits on the basis that her husband died from cancer incurred as a result of this exposure.  He is in need of an expert that can prepare a radiation dose reconstruction based upon the duration of exposure, distance from the test site, etc.  He is looking for someone that would be able to discuss whether this is possible and if so, to possibly prepare an estimate.
