International, I don't know.  But why not check the Suggested State Regs on
the CRCPD's website (and/or the regs of some seriously regulated States,
like NY, TX, or CA)?  Maybe they cite some references.

Thank-you - unfortunately the FDA does not regulate analytical x-ray
equipment and this kind of x-ray equipment does not come under "medical"
and is specifically exempted from FDA regs.   But - I'll look anyhow.
