Since this list IS international - it seems like a good place to ask 
this question.

If selling and shipping an analytical x-ray machine to:

Singapore
China
Japan
S. Korea

Does anyone know if it is required to notify "the government" of the 
shipment - like shipments to the US are reported to the FDA?
