This is a bad idea from so many perspectives. Saudi Arabia was the source
of the 9/11 attack on the United States, and there is no evidence that
Wahhabism's influence is waning in the country or in the larger ISIS
movement. SA has yet to recognize Israel and establish diplomatic
relations. SA's citizens are typically not the workers, engineers, or
experts in most fields--they subcontract out everything, and there would be
no easy way to restrict which nationalities had access to the nuclear
technologies. Waste disposal.
It would make much more sense to provide Westinghouse with ample domestic
opportunities to build next-generation reactors.
