[ RadSafe ] The Army wants mobile nuclear reactors for FOBs, but some scientists say that’s ‘naive’

"Some scientists" is Edwin Lyman, who seems to be opposed to all things
nuclear. It's not a very balanced article. Perhaps the Army could borrow a
nuclear reactor from the Navy and anchor it offshore of the island bases
that need power. When threatened, they could pull the plug and let it
submerge.
