JCO: Chromosomal aberrations & lymphocytes

1. Is any information is available regarding the distribution of chromosomal 
aberrations for the JCO victims (dicentrics per metaphase and similar 
counts)?
2. Is anything known about the reason for the sharp decline in leukocytes 
for Mr. A? Was it a rejection reaction or something else that happened?
