Criticality Dose Estimate Trivia/Na-24 activity

Just got a direct email regarding the Na-24 activity question. One thing 
that was clarified is that the induced activity is from thermal neutrons 
(thanks for the help with this part of my question!). Then the questions 
about neutron flux and exposure time: Anyone who has a reasonable idea for 
the JCO accident? The bottom line I am after is the total Na-24 activity of 
an individual who has, say been exposed to a whole-body dose of say 10 Sv 
(of which 8-9 Sv is due to neutrons).
