I know that in the past the list has received e-mails from a member of the
press (AP I believe) that is a lurker on RADSAFE.  Perhaps he could shed
some light on how to effectively get our message heard.

Along the lines of chosing our words carefully I think we should be careful
when imlying that the media, in general, is unethical and slanted.  This
would be the same as them implying that we, as a profession, are just a
bunch of self-serving government lackies.  Just my opinion.
